• • Bitcoin SIPs (systematic recurring purchases).
• • Bitcoin on EMIs (loans to buy Bitcoin or borrow against Bitcoin).
• • Educational modules on Bitcoin and financial literacy.
• • Other future Bitcoin-related features.

3. Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• • You are responsible for ensuring that the use of SwapSo is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

• • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrase, and account details.
• • For beginner users, SwapSo may temporarily store an encrypted backup of your seed phrase tied to your mobile number, which you may delete at any time.
• • You agree not to use SwapSo for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing.

5. Bitcoin Risks & Disclaimer

• • Bitcoin is a highly volatile asset. Prices can fluctuate significantly, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
• • SwapSo is not a financial advisor. Any information provided within the app is for educational purposes only.
• • You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes.

6. Loans & EMI Services

• • SwapSo may facilitate personal loans to purchase Bitcoin or allow borrowing against Bitcoin holdings.
• • Loan approval is subject to eligibility checks and partnership with licensed lending institutions.
• • Interest rates, repayment schedules, and risks will be disclosed before loan execution.

7. Fees & Charges

• • Transaction fees, SIP charges, custody-related fees, and loan interest rates will be transparently displayed within the app.
• • Fees are subject to change, and updated rates will be published on the app/website.

8. Limitation of Liability

• • SwapSo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• • To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SwapSo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
